Michael A. Cadger

Founder and CEO

Mike's executive leadership includes roles as a PwC Partner as well as CEO/CFO of insurers and health systems. Throughout his career, he's been a healthcare innovator including developing the first hospital rate placement/product line profitability software, the first Centers of Excellence networks, the first custom PPO networks for large employers and now the first comprehensive, truly independent healthcare price and quality transparency solution. He served many Fortune 500 companies and is a noted leader in developing innovative products that ultimately become industry-leading standards.

Mike holds a BS with Honors in Finance from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in Health Care Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He served as Vice-Chair of the Grady Health Foundation and on the Finance and Development Committees during the recent turnaround of the Henry W. Grady Health System. He is also active in healthcare IT work force economic development initiatives for the state of Georgia and is the Chair of the Public Policy Subcommittee, Bioscience Leadership Council at the Metro Atlanta Chamber.


Dan Webber

Chief Operating Officer

Dan is a CPA and CGMA and started his career with Price Waterhouse.  He has served in Financial and System Auditing, Strategic Planning, and Operations roles for 7 of his years.  He has served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer for 22 years, 13 of those years have been spent in healthcare and biotech.  Dan has led the integration of technology and related business and operational processes for 42 acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers and evaluated another 85.

Dan designed, implemented, and envisioned the network and system process workflow for the first FDA Approved DNA based sequencing system as Chief Information Officer of Bayer Visible Genetics.  His pharmacogenomic systems supported drug discovery and research activities in the areas of HIV, HCV, HBV, and multiple areas of cancer.  Dan implemented and designed systems at Angelica which include mobile technology, fleet management, and web based linen management that can be found in over 200 hospitals across the US.

Prior to Monocle, Dan was the driving force in building the technology infrastructure and applications for a leading global provider of content, education, strategic advisory services and data analytics for companies in oncology, hematology and cancer supportive care, Aptitude Health BV. Dan designed and implemented solutions that facilitate the transfer of scientific, clinical and commercial knowledge between all relevant stakeholders in the field and included virtual oncologist and nursing meetings, mobile applications, and video delivery of the latest in oncology education, to name a few.  Dan also launched an expert review system for patients with cancer initially focused in Europe. 

Dan is an active blogger, thought leader, speaker and is active in several community groups. Dan is an active Executive Advisory Board member of ATP, Vice President and Co-Founder of the Social Executive Council (SEC), and Chariman, Executive Advisory Board of ToolBank USA.
